Ugh.
Wow.
So this took me a while. Lol.
This happens to be a gift for my good friend Rain-Courage, featuring one of her characters, Glimmer: the glow-fox. According to her sheet, she likes butterflies and the night, so I thought putting those two together would turn out neat.
At least, I hope they did
Part of the reason I took this up though, is in apology to how long it's taking to complete a commission of hers...due to me being without a scanner for the time being, and recent life events, much of my art-time has been put on hold. I'm starting to get around to these things, though, and any free moments that I get I hoard away to do art.
No matter how many brain cells it kills from me trying to create some decent-looking stuff
This really pushed the boundary for me, seeing as I generally dislike drawing characters with too many odd markings and features, but it was a lesson gladly learned in terms of experience. I had a lot of fun drawing this character, and I hope you like how she turned out Rain-Courage! Gosh I hope this looks okay...I've been staring at it waaaay too long, so I don't know anymore. Lol.
*~*~*~*~*
Made in Photoshop CS6, more than half of it done using the touchpad, the rest with the tablet I recently acquired. After long last Looking forward to breaking in this thing. I can't wait to see what all the fuss is about with them
